This is a perfect blend of excavated clay and sand. Mined from the water table, this virgin material has consistent moisture content, color and compatibility. The PI meets the strictest of specifications and ranges between 5-15. Our Silver Select Fill is screened using a 3” screen.

This economic Non-Expansive Blue Clay and Purple Clay Fill are high in PI. When heavy equipment is used properly, this Clay packs very hard and is structurally sound. This material is mined from the water table, and it has excellent moisture content and compaction. Available screened or unscreened.

Common Fill is fill with a high clay content that is dug out of the ground with an excavator and is loaded directly into a truck.

Our Screened Cushion Sand is mined from the water table and out of our pit floor and walls. This virgin material is run through a 2” minus screen, is very clean, and mostly free of rocks. This sand may have some sand stone in it but it will yield when compacted properly. Perfect for pipe embedment and underground utilities.

Our Screened Asphalt Sand is screened through a 1” screen. Our sand is traditionally light gray or tan in color, but we do have limited quantities of white sand. Our sand meets the toughest of specs and is one of our best selling products. This product is great for applications where sand will be visible.

Our Screened Topsoil is run through a 1″ screen to remove most rocks, roots, and vegetation. The end product is a chocolate brown organic material with a consistent texture that can easily be worked by hand or with proper machinery.

This product is made from recycled crushed concrete, processed to create a durable and stable base material commonly used as “road base.” It is ideal for roads, driveways, and parking areas.

Flex Base performs best when applied over a properly prepared crushed rock surface and then compacted using appropriate machinery. Do not apply over muddy areas until they have completely dried out.

Our 1.5” Type D Recycled Flex Base is a high-quality, recycled road base material engineered to meet the Texas Department of Transportation’s Item 247 specifications. This product is composed primarily of crushed recycled concrete graded to 1.5 inches minus, with a full range of particle sizes, including fines, that promote excellent compaction and strength. Under the TxDOT Item 247 standard, Type D material consists of crushed concrete that has been processed to provide uniform quality and performance.

Native Texas rock is crushed and screened to 1” minus, creating this multifaceted product. Applications include pathways, walkways, driveways, landscaping, pipe embedment, and drainage applications.
