In 2021, Silver Creek Materials took in 1 million pounds of herbivore bedding and manure from the Dallas Zoo to compost the material. In 2022, Silver Creek Materials took in over 2 million pounds, significantly reducing stress on local landfills. 2023 will follow in similar footsteps. The result is a boutique soil amendment, Zoo Poo, which gained local and national media attention and is now available in 7 retailers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

Tires must be halved, quartered, or shredded and accompanied with a completed TCEQ Tire Manifest Form.
